VTM PROGRAMS

The VTM Classroom program provides participating students and educators with an interactive, multimedia introduction to the Big Emerging Markets and the vocational skills necessary for success. Special VTM videos spotlight America's top exporters, trade development programs and key trading nations. Mentors join the classroom from the business world, the government, the labor force and the Olympic Team. Export Challenges require small teams of students to develop a global market entry plan for state and local businesses. Special mentor panels focus on "Your State in the New Global Economy" and "Building a New National Consensus on Trade". The program culminates in a Student Forum before an audience of business and civic leaders, teachers, classmates and families.
