Export Challenges

Export Challenges place students in the position of "International Development Manager" or "Trade Advisor" in a company seeking to expand its exports to the Big Emerging Markets or researching the potential impact of a new trade agreement. Students complete these exercises in teams using the Virtual Trade Mission web page, the Internet, and telephone and library resources. Their work is then presented to the classroom and business advisors.
