Andrina was an inspiration to all young women entrepreneurs. Her personality and presence also made her one of our favorite interviewees. Andrina discussed with is how she got to where she is today and the trials and tribulations she had to endure to get there. She also addressed youth issues and how gaining a world view is important for young entrepreneurs. Andrina shared with us the importance of APEC in having 21 leaders talking and hopefully that means that they are not throwing bombs at one another. She also addressed the challenges that she has had to address to become international business women. She spoke of how it is hard especially to get recognition sometimes simply because she is a woman and the trials that have encountered her through that journey. Andrina advised us to not take things personally, keep a sense of humor and to understand the culture and society you are doing business with. She also mentioned safely issues and the importance of understanding, appreciating, and respecting a country you are traveling too.
