Noel Gould brings a substantial record of success in international business development, government, education, law and the Olympic movement to his work as cofounder and President of the VTM Foundation. From 1991 to 1997, he served as International Development Director for then-Chairman and CEO Steven J. Green at Samsonite and Culligan Water. While spearheading the companies' sales and distribution programs in the Big Emerging Markets, including Russia, the ASEAN countries and the Middle East, Mr. Gould developed the global learning platforms for employees which later became the model for the VTM.
